With over 25 years of experience connecting top talent with leading companies, Rachel has built her career at the intersection of recruiting, coaching, and talent management. She’s worked with Fortune 50 companies across industries, from private equity firms and investment banks to real estate firms and media & entertainment companies, building a reputation as a highly driven results leader.
Rachel began her career at EY where she earned her CPA and joined Deutsche Bank before transitioning into a career in coaching and recruiting. For nearly two decades, she’s been recognized as one of New York’s top performers in this space. In 2010, she launched Northbound Executive Search, which built a strong reputation for serving premier firms well with its unparalleled commitment to client service. Having been consistently on top in an extremely competitive market, Rachel is known for her strong commitment to helping her clients achieve their goals when it comes to talent. Today, Rachel brings that same energy and commitment to college students and recent grads, providing an unmatched resource for a select audience.
When she’s not working, Rachel enjoys cooking, hiking, pilates, and spending time with her husband and two young adult children (who happen to be launching!).
With a passion for brand management and coaching, Greg has built a career leading teams and developing winning strategies that drive market demand. He started his career as a Product Manager at Avnet Inc., managing marketing programs for leading industrial & commercial companies. After earning his MBA in Marketing in 1997, Greg spent three years rotating within Philips North America’s fast-track consumer marketing program.
In 2000, Greg joined American Express, where he spent nine successful years leading teams across consumer card marketing and was ultimately promoted to Vice President, Marketing in 2007. Throughout his tenure with American Express, he was recognized as a passionate thought leader and was a recipient of the firm’s prestigious Champions Award.
In 2010, Greg’s entrepreneurial drive led him to launch Northbound Executive Search, which he grew into a thriving firm specializing in talent management. After successfully exiting in 2023, he now leverages this experience, and his passion for career coaching, to focus on early-stage talent – a group he believes is greatly underserved.
Outside of work, Greg enjoys live music, spending time outdoors, sports, traveling to new countries, and spending time with his wife Rachel and their two young adult children.
